Bath recipes fit for your needs


Adding a few simple ingredients to your bath can relive aches and pains, stress and tension as well as uplift your mood. Bath time is already a relaxing moment so just think of the added benefits of Epson salts, aromatherapy and a few other ingredients can bring. Below you will find a few suggestions on how to do this.

Sensual bath

Great for couples.

Ingredients:

2 cups Epson salt 2 cups sea salt 10 drops of ylang ylang essential oil

10 drops of rose essential oil

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together and store in a glass container. Add ¼ of the mixture to a bath. Recipe should be good for four baths. Relaxing bath

Good for stress, anxiety, or if you just had a hectic day.

Ingredient:

2 cups of Epson salts 2 cups of dead sea salt 2 chamomile tea bags ( organic) 20 drops of lavender essential oil

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a glass jar. Tea bags must be opened to allow all the herbs to blend into the mixture. Add ¼ of the mixture to bath water. Mixture should be good for four baths. Uplifting fizzing bath

Good for when you are down or need a boost.

Ingredients:

2 cups of Epson salts 1 cups of dead sea salt 1 cup of baking soda ½ a cup of citric acid 20 drops of rosemary

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a glass jar and store. Add ¼ of the mixture to bath water. It will start fizzing once it is wet. This mixture is good for four baths. Soft and smooth skin

Ingredients:

3 cups of powdered milk 1 cups of baking soda 1 chamomile tea bag 20 drops of lavender essential oil

Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a glass jar. Tea bags must be opened to allow all the herbs to blend into the mixture. Add ¼ of the mixture to bath water. Mixture should be good for four baths. Sore muscle soak

Ingredients:

10 drops of lavender essential oil 5 drops of eucalyptus essential oil 5 drops of peppermint essential oil 2 cups of Epson salt 2 cups of dead sea salt 1 tbsp of olive oil

Instructions:

Mix the essential oils to the olive oil. Mix all ingredients together. Add ¼ of the mixture to bath water. Should be good for four baths.
